Wild Coast Extreme 4x4 Adventure
11 River Crossings, 4 mountain passes, 1 river ferry & 1 shipwreck.
1 465km, 630km of 4x4/gravel/off-road.
Traveling on gravel roads where possible.
Note: 4x4 vehicle required.
Note: you will need to be a competent and experience 4x4’er for this tour.
Day 1 - Nelson Mandela Bay to Trenneries
Route - Fonteinkloof pass, Kei Mouth ferry, Gxara River Crossing, Ngogwane River Crossing.
Day 2 - Trenneries to Wavecrest
Route - Qolora River Crossing, Gates Waterfall, Ncizele River Crossing, Jacaranda Shipwreck, Kobongaba River Crossing.
Day 3 - Wavecrest to Cebe
Route - Ngqusi River Crossing, Inxaxo River Crossing.
Day 4 - Cebe to Kob Inn
Route - Cebe River Crossing, Grunge River crossing, Ngqwara River Crossing, Mazepa Bay suspension Bridge, Qora River Pass, Kulonyanga Pass.
Day 5 - Kob Inn
Route - Day to relax and explore, Hike, Swim, fish, kayak etc.
Day 6 - Kob Inn to Coffee Bay
Route - Dwesa Nature Reserve Ngoma river Mouth, Mbashe pass.
Day 7 - Coffee Bay
Route - Hole in the Wall, Coffee Shack, Mpuzi Caves.
Day 8 - Coffee Bay to Nelson Mandela Bay
Route - Groot Kei River Pass, Fonteinkloof pass.
